Dear Church Family,
We are excited to announce a brand-new ministry opportunity during this year’s Convocation!
From August 12–15, we will be offering a dedicated Children’s Convocation Service for our youngest attendees, ages 6 months through 5 years old. Each evening from 8:00–10:00 PM (immediately following Praise & Worship), children will enjoy a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment designed just for them.
Each night will include:
🎶 Interactive Praise & Worship
📖 An engaging Bible story presented through a puppet show
🎨 A hands-on craft related to the lesson
🍎 Snack and drink time
🧸 Free play or a Christian movie to conclude the evening
Our goal is to plant seeds of faith in the hearts of our little ones while allowing parents to fully participate in the evening Convocation services, knowing their children are being cared for in a loving, faith-filled environment.
Child Registration
To help us prepare adequately, all children attending the Children’s Convocation Service must be registered in advance. Please complete the registration form using the link below:

Help Support This Ministry
As we prepare for this exciting new ministry, we are also inviting our church family to partner with us by donating supplies.

General ministry supplies
Every donation—large or small—helps us create a welcoming, engaging, and Christ-centered experience for our youngest worshippers.
